The prices listed by sellers on buymylift.com are subject to change and often exclude sales tax, finance charges, freight, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular forklift. Though we hope that all who buy or sell and use buymylift.com will act respectfully, honor and treat each other fairly. Buymylift.com can't verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the forklifts they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of a forklift that the check he/she gets from the buyer isn't going to bounce. Buymylift.com may also publicly post information of members with a known history of fraudulent or deceitful business practices as determined by Buymylift.com or its members.

No spamming or data scrapping. We want potential buyers visiting Buymylift.com to feel free to share their email addresses with those listing forklifts for sale on our site. By listing a forklift for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that forklift. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of Buymylift.com, or the forklifts they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed forklift.
This User Agreement has been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of California. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website
